Youth NDIS Program in Surry Hills
Find Your People, Passion & Purpose
We’re a youth disability hub for young people in their teens & 20's with low support needs who want to build confidence, community and direction. With a social-work lens and a deeply individualised approach, we help young people discover their strengths, make real friendships and work towards their career goals in a space where they truly feel safe and seen.
Located in Surry Hills, Sydney - our program is open Monday to Friday, all year round.

Not Just Another "NDIS Program"
Our mission is to empower young people with disability to build meaningful lives through connection, creativity, confidence, and community — all grounded in kindness, curiosity, and a radical belief that disability is not a limitation, but an important part of who we are.
Our program is designed for young people aged 12–25 with low support needs who:
Want to build real friendships
Are looking for a safe, positive community
Want support transitioning into study, work, volunteering or independence
Want to explore new interests, hobbies or passions
May experience social anxiety or lack confidence in group settings
Thrive with gentle, strengths-based support
Are NDIS participants (Self or Plan Managed)
We also support parents and carers who want a provider they can trust —
one who genuinely listens, communicates and collaborates.
We're a little bit different
Social-work led:
Our approach decentralises diagnosis and focuses on the person — not the label.
Highly individualised:
No “set program.” No cookie-cutter schedules. Every young person co-designs their own pathway.
Small, boutique and intentional:
Small groups mean deeper relationships, safety, and personalised attention.
Strengths-based, not deficit-based:
We don’t focus on what’s “wrong.” We focus on what’s possible.
Purpose + people:
We help young people find passion, confidence and genuine friendships.
A safe space to belong:
Every young person is seen, heard, accepted and celebrated.

Our Approach
At the heart of our approach is relationship. We take the time to truly know each young person — their story, their interests, their challenges and their dreams. From there, we build a personalised pathway that nurtures confidence, independence, connection and growth. We focus on strengths, celebrate individuality and create a space where belonging comes naturally.

Relationship-Focused
Relationships are at the centre of everything we do. We build genuine, trusting connections with each young person and stay closely linked with their families, carers and support networks so everyone feels informed and supported. Within the program, young people are encouraged to connect with each other, form friendships, and feel part of a community where they’re understood, included and valued.

Individual but Connected
Every young person has their own goals, pathway and pace — and we honour that. But they’re never walking the journey alone. Our program blends individual support with a shared, social environment where young people learn, grow and explore alongside peers who get them. It’s personalised support within a warm, community-focused space that nurtures confidence, belonging and independence.

More Than Diagnosis
We don’t see a label — we see a whole person. Our approach decentralises diagnosis and focuses instead on identity, strengths, interests and dreams. We support young people to define who they are, what they care about and who they want to become.Their diagnosis may be part of their story, but it’s never the limit of their future.

Haven't found the right fit?
You're not alone! We hear this everyday.
We know the 'one-size-fits-all' approach doesn't work for you. That's why we created a program built around you - not one you're expected to "fit into".
We’re a team of social-work-led youth workers who believe in the potential of every young person. We look beyond diagnosis, nurture their strengths and walk alongside them as they build a life that feels meaningful, confident and uniquely theirs.
