About

Move Up Employment Pathways is a Sydney-based NDIS SLES & Employment program supporting young people with low support needs to build confidence, skills and real-world experience on their journey toward meaningful employment or further study. Based in Surry Hills, just minutes from Central Station, our program runs weekly in a supportive studio environment with opportunities for on-site and community volunteering.

Our approach is individualised, staged and flexible, recognising that every young person’s pathway looks different. Participants receive 1:1 support from experienced support workers, allied health professionals and professional mentors, helping them explore their interests, strengths and goals while developing practical job-ready skills. We focus on building independence, self-belief and real-world capability — not just ticking boxes.

Through career counselling, skill-building workshops, supported volunteering, resume development, interview preparation and transition-to-work support, young people are empowered to take meaningful steps toward employment, education or training. The program is delivered in a social, team-based environment, allowing participants to form friendships, build confidence and feel supported every step of the way. Flexible NDIS funding options are available through SLES or Employment supports, ensuring the program can be tailored to each participant’s plan and goals.
