Move Through Life

About
Move Through Life is a unique NDIS day program running 9:30am–3:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, created for young people who benefit from consistent routine, meaningful engagement and a strong sense of belonging. The program offers a calm, supportive space where young people can develop practical skills, strengthen wellbeing and feel connected throughout their day.
Each day is intentionally designed to support personal growth, emotional wellbeing and everyday capability. Young people are guided by experienced support workers and allied health professionals through a mix of life skills development, wellbeing-focused activities, social experiences and community access. Activities are adapted to meet individual needs, interests and energy levels, helping participants build confidence in real-life situations without pressure or overwhelm.
Move Through Life places a strong emphasis on connection, safety and participation. Young people are encouraged to build positive peer relationships, practice communication and explore new interests within a respectful, inclusive environment. The program supports the development of independence, self-regulation and confidence, while maintaining flexibility to respond to each young person’s goals and support needs. NDIS funding is welcomed, and the program aligns with goals related to daily living, social participation, wellbeing and capacity building.
