About

M-Club is a supportive after-school NDIS program for young people in Years 7–12, designed to help teens build friendships, confidence and essential life skills in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. Running after school, M-Club gives young people a place to unwind, connect and feel understood — surrounded by like-minded peers and supportive mentors who genuinely get it.

At the heart of M-Club is connection and belonging. Young people take part in social activities, games, creative projects and group experiences, alongside structured homework help and study support. The program is intentionally social and strengths-based, helping participants develop communication skills, teamwork, emotional regulation and independence — all while having fun and being themselves.

What makes M-Club unique is our focus on peer mentorship and lived experience. Young people are supported by peer mentors with lived experience of disability, alongside trained support workers and allied health professionals. This creates a powerful sense of understanding, role modelling and encouragement. M-Club supports young people to try new things, build resilience, strengthen social skills and stay connected to their community, while families can feel confident their child is supported in a structured, nurturing and engaging after-school environment.
